Racing Legend Mr Norm Kraus To Appear At Hotchkis Sport Suspension Booth During SEMA

WHAT: An autograph session and meet & greet with racing legend “Mr. Norm” Kraus of Grand Spaulding Dodge fame, plus the debut of the highly modified 2009 Mr. Norm’s Super Cuda at the Hotchkis booth at the 2008 SEMA show.

WHEN: November 5th from 2 to 3 p.m.

WHERE: Hotchkis Performance Booth #24443 (Located in the Central Performance and Racing Hall, behind the GM Booth)

DETAILS: Known as the “King of High Performance,” Mr. Norm revolutionized the experience of purchasing a high performance Mopar in the 1960s. His dedication to innovation led him to create many prototype vehicles such as the 383 Dart GTS and M-Code 440 Dart, which were later put into production by Chrysler. Also famous as one of the pioneers of the “Funny Car” and the brain behind the 2008 Dodge HEMI Ram 1500 Super Truck, Mr. Norm will be making an appearance and signing autographs for a limited time only.

This year’s SEMA show will also be the debut of Mr.Norm’s latest creation, the Super Cuda – a Mopar enthusiast’s dream come true. This highly modified build-to-order car is based on a 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT, powered by a 6.1L Hemi V8. Modifications include Barracuda styling cues, full Hotchkis sport suspension, a Corsa Performance dual exhaust system and a Kenne Bell supercharger producing 900 horsepower. This car pays tribute to the AAR Cudas from the 1970s and features classic cues with modern interpretations such as the grill and tail panels, and black body stripes.
