Chrysler Shuts Down Two Plants

Chrysler have been forced to shut down two plants in Ontario, Canada due to a lack of automotive parts. Diecast aluminum engine and transmission mounts were not delivered by one of Chrysler’s suppliers, Trans Cast. The vehicles effected are the Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger. Other North American plants may be affected if the shortage of parts by their supplier continues.
