2011 Ford Mustang GT Boss V8 Spy Shot
An enthusiast over at StangNet came across a mule Ford Mustang GT while cruising in Santa Monica. He was told it was a powertrain tester for a possible “Boss” V8 Mustang GT, possibly for the 2011 model year. The rumble was ” What can’t be seen is the rumble – Far deeper, far louder than a standard GT. While it’s possible that it’s a powertrain mule for a Shelby or mid-range “Boss” variant, the standard GT brakes would lead me to believe it’s 2011’s new V8″.
Why Ford is running around with a Mule that does not sport the 2010 body styling we don’t know, but a “Boss” V8 is badass!
