The 2009 Ford Glass Roof Mustang, which is shipping to dealerships now, offers convertible-like sunbathed driving enjoyment without the need for sunscreen. That's because the best-selling sports car's panoramic glass roof - a factory-installed first in the segment - filters 90 percent of the sun's heat-generating infrared (IR) rays and 96 percent of burn-causing ultraviolet (UV) rays. The UV-filtering capability of the new Mustang's fixed glass roof is comparable to sunscreen lotion with a sun protection factor (SPF) of approximately 50, which exceeds the dermatologist-recommended sunscreen strength of at least SPF-15.

When you watched the Knight Rider Movie last night, did you happen to notice any Ford commercials? Yeah, there were a few... some say the entire movie was a giant Ford commercial. I couldn't agree more. So Ford decided to flex their marketing muscle online as well and post all of those commercials at their website. The commercials feature Knight Rider lead actor Justin Bruening (Mike Traceur) driving around in Ford's latest autos, using Ford and Microsoft's new SYNC technology to communicate with K.I.T.T. Too bad Ford's engineers couldn't figure out how to spell "PHONE" with all that fancy new technology. We got a good chuckle last night at our movie premiere party.

MCB Webmaster Chris Duke recently had the opportunity to sit down with the inventor of the new KITT LED red light scanner for an exclusive interview. We wanted to learn everything there is to know about this new light scanner and find out what else he's up to.

Performance enthusiasts are all too familiar with the age-old equation: more horsepower = less drivability. This has been especially true of twin-disc clutch kits, virtual "on/off" switches with awful street manners. Fortunately, the Fidanza finishing school has graduated an entirely new class of civilized twin-disc clutch kits bred for good behavior for both Late Model Mustangs And the new C6 Corvette.
If you're like most muscle car enthusiasts you are constantly trying to squeeze more power from your car's engine. If that car has a manual transmission, then there will probably come a time when your engine's power output exceeds the clamping force provided by the OEM clutch. The clutch is the vital linkage between your engine and the transmission and if it is not properly matched with your engines power output level, don't expect it to last very long.
Don’t be left guessing! Get the information you need without cutting your dash. Auto Meter Gauge Works Triple Dash Pods were designed to provide a clean way to mount three gauges in the driver’s field of vision in a way that blends perfectly into your Mustang’s interior.
The first time we happened to have Project "Pony Up", Muscle Car Blog's 07 Mustang GT project vehicle, up in the air we noticed that the OEM Drive Shaft is a two-piece steel unit that appears to be a little bit overly engineered. The Simple description of the factory equipment is a design that incorporates what appears to be a combination of a standard universal joint equipped driveshaft and a CV style drive axle, supported in the center by a carrier bearing. This combination of parts weighs in at roughly 41 lbs and almost seems like it has been engineered to fail as soon as the Mustang owner starts inevitably modifying their ride. Fidanza has answered the calling of the mustang owners everywhere with their line of new one piece driveshaft's for the late-model Mustang GT and Shelby GT500.
Influenced by the design of the legendary Shelby GT500-KR, Keystone's newest 'Good Hood' features a functional ram-air upgrade kit to add extra pony power to any 2005-07 Mustang.
